It is predicted that by 2050, more than two-thirds of the world\u2019s population will live in urban areas (Ritchie, 2018) . This, of course, is accompanied by a change in the morphology of cities, and thus a constant dynamic in the availability of amenities. The current volatile environment, dominated by geopolitical tensions, pandemics and economic stress will limit or even accelerate the re-distribution or density of amenities. In his role he is responsible for the global portfolio of analytical solutions and dashboards that support strategic investment decisions by means of supervised and unsupervised machine learning forecast models for various asset classes.<br \/>\nMarcelo holds a Ph.D. with his major fields being statistics, econometrics and real estate.
