Die durchschnittliche Wohnungsgr\u00f6\u00dfe liegt bei rund 93 Quadratmetern. Bei einem der f\u00fcnf Objekte in der d\u00e4nischen Hauptstadt handelt es sich um eine Neubauentwicklung am bekannten Applebys Plads im beliebten Stadtteil Christianshavn, direkt gegen\u00fcber dem Hafen und der Danish Royal Library. Die 33 Neubauwohnungen mit mehr als 4.300 Quadratmetern Fl\u00e4che entstehen unmittelbar neben dem gr\u00f6\u00dften Bestandsobjekt des Portfolios mit 116 Wohnungen. Die Fertigstellung ist f\u00fcr 2018 geplant. Die Bestandsgeb\u00e4ude des Portfolios wurden zwischen 1989 und 1997 fertiggestellt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>PATRIZIA setzt bei europaweiten Immobilieninvestments f\u00fcr ihre Kunden auf lokale Expertenteams mit einer langfristigen Kenntnis und Erfahrung in den jeweiligen M\u00e4rkten.
