Durch unsere langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung und unser ausgepr\u00e4gtes Immobilien-Know-how waren wir schon damals in der Lage, komplexe Immobilientransaktionen f\u00fcr unsere Investoren zu strukturieren und erfolgreich zu managen\u201c, sagt Wolfgang Egger, Vorstandsvorsitzender der PATRIZIA Immobilien AG. \u201eDiese Kompetenz konnten wir seither in vielf\u00e4ltigen Transaktionen unter Beweis stellen. Allein seit 2012 haben wir Immobilientransaktion von \u00fcber 25 Mrd. Euro f\u00fcr unsere Kunden realisiert.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Die Bekanntgabe der Gewinner und die feierliche Preisverleihung fand am Mittwochabend im Whitehall Palace in London statt. Aus zahlreichen Vorschl\u00e4gen wurden von einer Jury von Immobilienexperten die innovativsten und bahnbrechendsten Immobilientransaktionen in Europa der vergangenen zehn Jahre in unterschiedlichen Kategorien nominiert. Die LBBW-Transaktion wurde von der Jury zun\u00e4chst unter die Finalisten gew\u00e4hlt und anschlie\u00dfend in der Kategorie \u201eWohnen\u201c als Sieger gek\u00fcrt. \u201cGute Rendite, gro\u00dfes Volumen, aber auch eine historische Transaktion, der erste Club Deal in einem starken Markt, der neue Ma\u00dfst\u00e4be gesetzt hat\u201c, hie\u00df es zur Begr\u00fcndung von der Jury. Nun wurde die Transaktion auch von der \u00d6ffentlichkeit \u00fcber alle Kategorien hinweg auf den ersten Platz gew\u00e4hlt. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ein von der PATRIZIA Immobilien AG gef\u00fchrtes Investorenkonsortium hatte im Februar 2012 den Zuschlag f\u00fcr den Erwerb der LBBW Immobilien GmbH (sp\u00e4ter S\u00fcdewo) von der Landesbank Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg erhalten. Zu dem Konsortium geh\u00f6rten zehn renommierte deutsche und internationale Versicherungen, Pensionskassen und berufsst\u00e4ndische Versorgungswerken sowie auch die PATRIZIA Immobilien AG als Co-Investor. Der Kaufpreis betrug rund 1,4 Mrd. Euro. Der Ankauf erfolgte f\u00fcr den Fonds PATRIZIA Equity Partners II (\u201ePEP II\u201c) aus der Fondsserie PATRIZIA Equity Partners, bei der institutionelle Investoren zusammen mit PATRIZIA in ausgew\u00e4hlte gro\u00dfe Immobilienprojekte investieren. \u201eUnser Auftrag war es, als Investment Manager den Wert der LBBW Immobilien GmbH zu erhalten und auszubauen und gleichzeitig unserer gro\u00dfen Verantwortung gegen\u00fcber Mietern, dem Verk\u00e4ufer, den Mitarbeitern und allen Interessengruppen gerecht zu werden.
