Die PATRIZIA Immobilien AG hat in M\u00fcnchen eine B\u00fcro- und Hotelimmobilie in sehr guter Lage erworben. Das f\u00fcnfgeschossige Geb\u00e4ude in der stark nachgefragten Maxvorstadt ist langfristig vermietet.<\/p>\n

\u201eAufgrund der au\u00dferordentlich guten Makro- und Mikrolage und der langfristigen Mietverh\u00e4ltnisse ist es uns gelungen, hier f\u00fcr unsere Kunden ein nachhaltiges Immobilieninvestment zu t\u00e4tigen\u201c, erl\u00e4utert Daniel Dreyer, Head of Acquisitions Commercial Germany bei PATRIZIA. Der Ankauf erfolgt f\u00fcr einen von PATRIZIA gemanagten Immobilienfonds. Verk\u00e4ufer ist die Studio M Maxvorstadt GmbH & Co. KG, ein Joint-Venture zwischen der Residia Gruppe, M\u00fcnchen und der Lambert-Holding aus Regensburg, die das Objekt im Jahr 2016 erworben hat und nach Vollvermietung und Mieterausbauarbeiten das Haus an PATRIZIA ver\u00e4u\u00dfert hat. <\/p>\n

Das im Jahr 2000 gebaute Geb\u00e4ude befindet sich in der Sandstra\u00dfe an einem etablierten B\u00fcrostandort und einer touristisch interessanten Lage. Die Immobilie verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber insgesamt zwei Untergeschosse, einem Erdgeschoss sowie f\u00fcnf Obergeschosse, zuz\u00fcglich Staffelgeschoss. Die Gesamtfl\u00e4che bel\u00e4uft sich auf rund 7.300 Quadratmeter. Zum Kaufobjekt geh\u00f6ren zudem 37 Tiefgaragenstellpl\u00e4tze.
