Johannes Haug wird neuer European Head of Real Estate Development bei der PATRIZIA Immobilien AG. In dieser neu geschaffenen Position wird Haug f\u00fcr die Umsetzung einer Build-To-Core-Strategie durch den Aufbau einer europaweiten Projektentwicklungsplattform verantwortlich sein, die in allen wichtigen europ\u00e4ischen M\u00e4rkten Neubauprojekte s\u00e4mtlicher Nutzungsarten entwickelt.<\/p>\n

Johannes Haug wird neuer European Head of Real Estate Development bei der PATRIZIA Immobilien AG. In dieser neu geschaffenen Position wird Haug f\u00fcr die Umsetzung einer Build-To-Core-Strategie durch den Aufbau einer europaweiten Projektentwicklungsplattform verantwortlich sein, die in allen wichtigen europ\u00e4ischen M\u00e4rkten Neubauprojekte s\u00e4mtlicher Nutzungsarten entwickelt. Haug nimmt seine T\u00e4tigkeit am 19. Juni auf und berichtet direkt an den Chief Investment Officer der PATRIZIA Immobilien AG, Anne Kavanagh.<\/p>\n

Haug kommt von Pembroke Real Estate, wo er als Global Head of Acquisitions elf Jahre lang die  weltweiten Akquisitions- und Dispositionsaktivit\u00e4ten des Unternehmens verantwortete. Davor war Haug Managing Director und Vorstandsmitglied der Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH in Frankfurt am Main. Zuvor verantwortete er f\u00fcr die Hines Immobilien GmbH unter anderem die Entwicklung des Main Towers in Frankfurt und einer mehr als 46.000 Quadratmeter gro\u00dfen gemischt genutzten Projektentwicklung in Berlin. Haug verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber Abschl\u00fcsse in Architektur der Universit\u00e4t Stuttgart, des Virginia Polytechnic Institute und der State University. Zudem erwarb er einen MBA in Business Administration von der Darden Graduate School of Business an der Universit\u00e4t von Virginia.<\/p>\n
