Mit dem jetzigen Verkauf, der der geplanten Haltedauer entspricht, konnten wir f\u00fcr unsere Kunden in der jetzigen Marktphase eine deutliche Wertsteigerung erzielen.\u201c<\/p>\n<p class=\"CxSpFirst\">Der Gallileo B\u00fcroturm im Frankfurter Bankenviertel z\u00e4hlt mit seinen 38 Stockwerke zu den pr\u00e4genden Geb\u00e4uden der Frankfurter Hochhaus-Skyline. Der Turm verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine B\u00fcrofl\u00e4che von 34.000 Quadratmetern, die vollst\u00e4ndig an die Commerzbank vermietet ist. Dar\u00fcber hinaus befinden sich in dem Geb\u00e4ude Einzelhandels- und Gastronomiefl\u00e4chen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"CxSpFirst\">PATRIZIA verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber umfangreiche Erfahrung mit institutionellen Kunden in Asien. Unter anderem erwarb PATRIZIA den Frankfurter Commerzbank Tower f\u00fcr Samsung, Madame Tussauds in London f\u00fcr Fubon Life aus Taiwan und den Astro Tower in Br\u00fcssel f\u00fcr ein koreanisches Investorenkonsortium.
