Die Fertigstellung des Geb\u00e4udes ist f\u00fcr Januar 2019 geplant.<\/p>\n<p>Durch diese Transaktion ist das PATRIZIA Logistikportfolio auf 400 Mio. Euro angewachsen und beinhaltet unter anderem Logistikobjekte in Frankreich, Belgien, den Niederlanden und Deutschland.<\/p>\n<p>Rob Brook, Head of PATRIZIA Logistics: \u201eAus Sicht des institutionellen Investors hat die Attraktivit\u00e4t des Logistiksektors in den letzten Jahren aufgrund der hohen Nachfrage erheblich zugenommen, da sich der Einzelhandel zunehmend an den durch E-Commerce verursachten Wandel anpasst. Gleichzeitig bietet die Anlageklasse im Vergleich zu anderen Gewerbeimmobilien wie B\u00fcros und Einzelhandel attraktive Renditen. Europaweite Investments in Logistikimmobilien werden f\u00fcr PATRIZIA auch in Zukunft ein Schwerpunkt sein.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Das j\u00fcngst erworbene Objekt umfasst 70.000 Quadratmeter Fl\u00e4che, die sich in drei Einheiten von jeweils rund 23.000 Quadratmeter Fl\u00e4che teilen lassen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist die Immobilie aufgrund der Nachhaltigkeit ihres Betriebs BREEAM-zertifiziert. Das Geb\u00e4ude bietet eine hervorragende Anbindung durch seine Lage im Hafen von Amsterdam, der zu den umschlagsst\u00e4rksten H\u00e4fen Europas z\u00e4hlt.
