Augsburg\/Almelo, 01. August 2018.<\/strong> Die PATRIZIA Immobilien AG erwirbt im dicht besiedelten Wohnviertel Schelfhorst der niederl\u00e4ndischen Stadt Almelo ein 6.800 Quadratmeter gro\u00dfes Einkaufszentrum f\u00fcr den Fonds „PATRIZIA Handels Invest Europa I“. Der Verk\u00e4ufer ist ein Gemeinschaftsunternehmen der niederl\u00e4ndischen Immobilieninvestoren und -entwickler von Dreef Beheer und Segesta. Mit dieser Akquisition erh\u00f6ht sich das Fondsvolumen auf rund 230 Millionen Euro.<\/p>\n\u201eDas Objekt passt perfekt zur PATRIZIA Investmentstrategie f\u00fcr Einzelhandelsimmobilien, bei der wir auf Einkaufszentren setzen, die den t\u00e4glichen Bedarf ihrer Kunden decken\u201c, sagt Emile Poort, PATRIZIA Head of Transactions Benelux. \u201eAufgrund der sehr niedrigen Leerstandsraten bietet das Objekt in Schelfhorst ein attraktives Risikoprofil f\u00fcr unsere Kunden.“<\/p>\n
Das Einkaufszentrum mit 25 Einheiten ist zu 100% vermietet. Die Hauptmieter sind zwei der dominierenden Supermarktketten in den Niederlanden – Albert Heijn und Dirk, die 52% der gesamten Mieteinnahmen repr\u00e4sentieren. <\/p>\n
