August 2018.<\/strong> TRIUVA, ein Unternehmen der PATRIZIA, hat den Ankauf des Junghof Plaza in Frankfurt vereinbart. Das gemischt genutzte Objekt weist eine Gesamtfl\u00e4che von 33.000 qm auf. Es wurde im Rahmen einer Off-Market-Transaktion im Namen einer gro\u00dfen deutschen Rentenversicherung erworben. Der Verk\u00e4ufer ist das Joint Venture von PGIM Real Estate und der FGI Frankfurter Gewerbeimmobilien GmbH. \u00dcber den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Philipp Schaper, Group Head of Transaction bei PATRIZIA: \u201eDie Immobilie liegt sehr zentral im Frankfurter Stadtzentrum. Aufgrund der attraktiven Lage ist das Objekt f\u00fcr viele Mieter interessant, so dass wir eine gro\u00dfe Nachfrage erwarten und wir langfristig f\u00fcr unsere Kunden erhebliche Wertsteigerungen realisieren k\u00f6nnen.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Das an der Junghofstra\u00dfe gelegene Objekt wird aktuell zu einem modernen B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4ude mit zwei Innenh\u00f6fen, Ladengesch\u00e4ften, Gastronomie und Hotelbereich umgebaut. Bereits jetzt ist das Geb\u00e4ude zu mehr als 60 % vorvermietet, unter anderem an Clifford Chance, Ruby Hotels und L\u2019Osteria. Die Abrissarbeiten haben bereits begonnen und die Bauarbeiten beginnen in K\u00fcrze.<\/p>\n<p>Die Rechtsberatung von TRIUVA erfolgte durch Hogan Lovells und die technische Beratung durch Arcardis; Cushman &amp; Wakefield und 3REAL berieten in wirtschaftlicher Hinsicht.
