M\u00e4rz 2019.<\/strong> Die PATRIZIA Immobilien AG, der globale Partner f\u00fcr paneurop\u00e4ische Immobilieninvestments, hat nach Ver\u00f6ffentlichung ihrer vorl\u00e4ufigen Ergebnisse am 18. Februar 2019 f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2018 jetzt ihren Gesch\u00e4ftsbericht 2018 vorgestellt. Das Unternehmen best\u00e4tigt seine starke operative Performance, die vor allem auf die St\u00e4rkung der paneurop\u00e4ischen Investment Plattform zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren ist.<\/p>\n<p>Wie bereits berichtet, stiegen die Assets under Management (AUM) um 87,3% auf 41,0 Milliarden Euro als Ergebnis der erfolgreichen Konsolidierung von Unternehmensakquisitionen und organischem Wachstum. Rund 2,6 Milliarden Euro Eigenkapital wurden von institutionellen,&nbsp;<br \/> (semi-)professionellen und privaten Investoren eingeworben. Die Geb\u00fchreneinnahmen insgesamt stiegen um 51,1% auf 320,2 Millionen Euro und erh\u00f6hten somit die Stabilit\u00e4t des Unternehmens und seiner Ertragsquellen. Das operative Ergebnis stieg um 72,0% auf 141,4 Millionen Euro.<\/p>\n<p>PATRIZIA best\u00e4tigt auf Basis des aktuellen Wachstums, dass sie f\u00fcr 2019 ein operatives Ergebnis von 120,0 bis 130,0 Millionen Euro erwartet. Nach den sehr hohen leistungsabh\u00e4ngigen Geb\u00fchren im Jahr 2018 geht das Unternehmen von einem etwas normalisierten Niveau f\u00fcr 2019 aus. Die Prognose f\u00fcr 2019 impliziert daher ein weiteres Wachstum der wiederkehrenden Management- und Transaktionsgeb\u00fchren im Vergleich zu 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karim Bohn, Finanzvorstand der PATRIZIA Immobilien AG:<\/strong> &#8222;Operativ war 2018 ein \u00e4u\u00dferst aktives Jahr f\u00fcr PATRIZIA, das zu hervorragenden Ergebnissen im Einklang mit unserer Konzernstrategie gef\u00fchrt hat. Der Anteil der Ertr\u00e4ge, die wir derzeit generieren, entf\u00e4llt zunehmend auf Managementgeb\u00fchren, die eine stabilere, nachhaltigere und qualitativ hochwertigere Einnahmequelle darstellen. Der Vorstand hat daher einer Erh\u00f6hung der Dividende um 8% auf 0,27 Euro pro Aktie zugestimmt. 2018 waren es 0,25 Euro. Diese Erh\u00f6hung bietet unseren Aktion\u00e4ren die M\u00f6glichkeit, an der verbesserten Profitabilit\u00e4t des Konzerns zu partizipieren und gibt PATRIZIA gleichzeitig die finanzielle Flexibilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr weiteres organisches und anorganisches Wachstum.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Die Dividende f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2018 wird bar ausgezahlt. Der Vorstand der PATRIZIA Immobilien AG hat zudem beschlossen, dass die j\u00e4hrliche Wachstumsrate der Managementgeb\u00fchren und der Assets under Management die Grundlage f\u00fcr k\u00fcnftige Dividendenvorschl\u00e4ge an die Aktion\u00e4re bilden.<\/p>\n<p>Im kommenden Jahr wird PATRIZIA auf den Erfolgen von 2018 aufbauen und die Kundenbeziehungen weiter st\u00e4rken, die Transaktions-Expertise vor Ort vertiefen und die Umsatzerl\u00f6se und die internationale Kundenbasis diversifizieren. So \u00fcbernahm das Unternehmen im Januar das Gesch\u00e4ft der in Tokio ans\u00e4ssigen KENZO. Mit der \u00dcbernahme vergr\u00f6\u00dfert PATRIZIA ihre Client Relationship-Plattform in Asien und bietet Kunden gleichzeitig die M\u00f6glichkeit, in japanische Wohnimmobilien zu investieren.<\/p>\n<p>PATRIZIA wird auch das Thema Innovation im Immobilienbereich durch ihr technologisches und digitales Know-how weiter vorantreiben.
