April 2019.<\/strong> Die PATRIZIA Immobilien AG, der globale Partner f\u00fcr paneurop\u00e4ische Immobilieninvestments, hat eine hochmoderne, 57.000 m2 gro\u00dfen Logistikimmobilie in Waalwijk im S\u00fcden der Niederlande gekauft. Der Kauf erfolgt f\u00fcr einen Logistik-Fonds der PATRIZIA im Rahmen einer Sale-and-Leaseback-Transaktion. Verk\u00e4ufer und neuer Mieter ist die Magna Tyres Gruppe. Die \u00dcbergabe soll im November 2019 erfolgen.<\/p>\n<p>Die neu errichtete Immobilie, die nach dem BREEAM-Standard &#8222;Excellent&#8220; gebaut wurde, liegt im Gewerbegebiet Haven 8 im S\u00fcden der Randstad, dem Gro\u00dfraum mit St\u00e4dten wie Amsterdam, Den Haag, Rotterdam und Utrecht. Das Objekt verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine gute Anbindung an den Rest Kontinentaleuropas.
