Juli 2019<\/strong>. PATRIZIA SE, der globale Partner f\u00fcr paneurop\u00e4ische Immobilien-Investments, hat im Auftrag eines Kunden ein Portfolio von 18 Wohnanlagen verkauft. Der Verkaufspreis betr\u00e4gt 97,4 Mio. Euro. K\u00e4ufer ist die Heimstaden AB, eine b\u00f6rsennotierte schwedische Immobilien-Investmentgesellschaft.<\/p>\n<p>Das Portfolio umfasst 772 Wohneinheiten, davon 678 Wohnungen in Mehrfamilienh\u00e4usern und 94 Einfamilienh\u00e4user, mit einer Gesamtmietfl\u00e4che von rund 53.400 m<sup>2<\/sup>. Dazu geh\u00f6ren rund 500 m<sup>2<\/sup> Gewerbefl\u00e4che in sechs Einheiten. Die Objekte befinden sich in den zw\u00f6lf niederl\u00e4ndischen Gemeinden Apeldoorn, Arnheim, Bemmel, Deventer, Didam, Dongen, Elst, Hoogeveen, Kampen, Rijssen, Tiel und Wijchen.<\/p>\n<p>Seit PATRIZIA das Portfolio 2014 \u00fcbernommen hat, konnte die Wertentwicklung der Immobilien durch aktives Asset Management deutlich verbessert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Emile Poort, Head of Transactions BENELUX bei PATRIZIA: &#8222;Diese Transaktion ist Teil unserer Strategie in den Niederlanden, unser Portfolio neu zu positionieren und uns auf die attraktivsten niederl\u00e4ndischen St\u00e4dte zu konzentrieren.
