PATRIZIA ist gegenw\u00e4rtig im Gespr\u00e4ch mit verschiedenen potenziellen Hotelbetreibern f\u00fcr diese Projektentwicklung.<\/p>\n<p>Die Immobilie liegt im beliebten Stadtteil Cais do Sodr\u00e9, am Hauptplatz Pra\u00e7a Duque da Terceira.
