Verk\u00e4ufer ist Dereco.<\/p>\n<p>Das \u00fcber 5.600 qm gro\u00dfe Hotel mit 164 Zimmern auf sechs Etagen und 46 Tiefgaragenpl\u00e4tzen ist vollst\u00e4ndig an die Foremost Hospitality HIEX GmbH vermietet. Der Mietvertrag hat eine Laufzeit von 20 Jahren.<\/p>\n<p>Das Drei-Sterne-Hotel, das 2015 er\u00f6ffnet wurde, wird von der Holiday Inn Express Limited Service Brand (HIEX) betrieben, einem Franchiseunternehmen der InterContinental Hotels Group und eine der weltweit gr\u00f6\u00dften Hotelketten. Im Jahr 2018 wurde die Foremost Hospitality HIEX GmbH von Premier Inn \u00fcbernommen, einer Tochtergesellschaft von Gro\u00dfbritanniens f\u00fchrender Hotelkette Chaine Whitbread. Innerhalb der n\u00e4chsten zwei Jahre wird das Hotel in ein Premier&#8217;s Inn Hotel umgewandelt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Hotel ist zentral in D\u00fcsseldorf gelegen und gleichzeitig nur rund 20 Autominuten vom D\u00fcsseldorfer Flughafen entfernt. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Douglas Waibel, Associate Director Transactions bei PATRIZIA: &#8222;In einem der gr\u00f6\u00dften Hotelm\u00e4rkte Deutschlands ist diese Transaktion eine starke Erg\u00e4nzung des Portfolios des Fonds.
