PATRIZIA SE, der globale Partner f\u00fcr paneurop\u00e4ische Immobilien-Investments, hat im Auftrag der Bayerischen Versorgungskammer (BVK) eine Projektentwicklung mit 166 Mietwohnungen in Dublin erworben. Der Kaufpreis betr\u00e4gt 93 Mio. Euro. Durch die Transaktion erh\u00f6ht sich das Portfolio von PATRIZIA in Irland auf 650 Mio. Euro.<\/p>\n<p>Das 14.500 qm gro\u00dfe Projekt umfasst eine Mischung aus Ein-, Zwei- und Dreizimmerwohnungen sowie eine Reihe weiterer Einrichtungen wie Fitnessstudio, Bewohnerlounge, Kino, Spielbereich und Concierge-Service. Die Projektentwicklung, die voraussichtlich Ende dieses Jahres fertiggestellt wird, umfasst zudem landschaftsarchitektonisch gestaltete Freifl\u00e4chen mit speziellen Kinderspielpl\u00e4tzen.<\/p>\n<p>Harold&#8217;s Cross liegt im S\u00fcden Dublins und bietet einen schnellen Zugang zum Dubliner Stadtzentrum. &nbsp;Die Anlage grenzt an den Mount Argus Park.
