November 2019. <\/strong>Die PATRIZIA SE, der globale Partner f\u00fcr paneurop\u00e4ische Immobilien-Investments, hat den sechsten Ankauf f\u00fcr ihren Fonds TransEuropean VII (&#8222;TEP VII&#8220;) in Spanien abgeschlossen. TEP VII ist einer der besonders gro\u00dfen und erfolgreichen paneurop\u00e4ischen Value-add-Fonds der PATRIZIA.<\/p>\n<p>Bei dem j\u00fcngsten Ankauf handelt es sich um eine Logistik-Projektentwicklung im Industriegebiet Los Gavilanes in Getafe, s\u00fcdlich von Madrid. Die Projektentwicklung bietet rund 29.000 qm flexible, hochwertige Fl\u00e4chen mit bis zu zw\u00f6lf Einheiten und soll Anfang 2021 fertiggestellt sein.<\/p>\n<p>Diese j\u00fcngste Akquisition folgt auf den Kauf eines 67.000 qm gro\u00dfen, vollst\u00e4ndig vermieteten Logistikkomplexes in Ontigola, Madrid, im Juli diesen Jahres und unterstreicht das Engagement von PATRIZIA im spanischen Logistikmarkt. Hier verwaltet PATRIZIA derzeit \u00fcber 230.000 qm.<\/p>\n<p>Im September schloss TEP VII seine vierte Transaktion im Bereich B\u00fcro-Entwicklung im Innovationsdistrikt 22@ in Barcelona ab. In diesem Distrikt hat der Fonds nun fast 100 Millionen Euro investiert. &nbsp;Angrenzend an das traditionelle Gesch\u00e4ftszentrum Barcelonas bildet 22@ eine der gr\u00f6\u00dften und innovativsten Stadtentwicklungszonen Europas. Ein florierender Arbeitsmarkt zeichnet dieses Areal ebenso aus wie eine gro\u00dfe Nachfrage nach hochwertigen B\u00fcrofl\u00e4chen. &nbsp;Die vier Projektentwicklungen, die zwischen 2021 und 2022 fertiggestellt werden, bieten rund 25.800 qm moderne, auf Komfort ausgerichtete B\u00fcror\u00e4ume.
