Dezember 2019.<\/strong> Die PATRIZIA SE, der globale Partner f\u00fcr paneurop\u00e4ische Immobilien-Investments, hat f\u00fcr ihren Fonds PATRIZIA Social Care Fund III eine HealthCare Projektentwicklung in Dresden erworben. Verk\u00e4ufer ist die Hentschke Bau GmbH.<\/p>\n<p>Das 6.500 qm gro\u00dfe Pflegeheim soll im April 2020 fertiggestellt werden und bietet 145 Zimmer auf vier Etagen. Das Objekt befindet sich im Dresdner Stadtteil Reick und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine gute Verkehrsanbindung an die Innenstadt sowie an mehrere Betreuungseinrichtungen.<\/p>\n<p>Betreiber der Immobilie ist Casa Reha, der einen 20-j\u00e4hrigen Mietvertrag unterschrieben hat. Casa Reha wurde 2015 von der franz\u00f6sischen Korian-Gruppe \u00fcbernommen, die auch andere Pflegeheimbetreiber, darunter Curanum und Phoenix, besitzt und derzeit 234 vollstation\u00e4re Pflegeeinrichtungen mit mehr als 28.000 Pflegepl\u00e4tzen betreibt.
