Ab sofort leitet Alberto Gonz\u00e1lez de las Heras von Madrid aus das Asset Management f\u00fcr Frankreich, Italien, Portugal und Spanien und ist f\u00fcr das Management von Immobilien im Wert von rund 4,55 Milliarden Euro verantwortlich.<\/p>\n<p>Gonz\u00e1lez blickt auf eine \u00fcber 20-j\u00e4hrige Karriere im paneurop\u00e4ischen Immobilienmanagement zur\u00fcck und war auch in M\u00e4rkten wie Deutschland, Slowakei, Belgien und Tschechien t\u00e4tig. Er berichtet an Rikke Lykke, Head of European Asset Management &amp; Regional Head DACH\/CEE bei PATRIZIA.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bevor er zu PATRIZIA kam, war Gonzalez als Director Asset Management bei Meridia Capital t\u00e4tig.
