April 2020.<\/strong> Die PATRIZIA SE, der globale Partner f\u00fcr pan-europ\u00e4ische Immobilien-Investments, hat im Namen ihrer Kunden ein gro\u00dfes Wohnimmobilienportfolio f\u00fcr 375 Mio. Euro in den Niederlanden verkauft. Das Portfolio umfasst 2.023 Wohneinheiten und 60 gewerbliche Einheiten in 29 niederl\u00e4ndischen St\u00e4dten. 60% liegen in der sogenannten Randstad, der wachstumsstarken Metropolregion in und um Amsterdam und Rotterdam. K\u00e4ufer ist die schwedische Wohnimmobiliengesellschaft Heimstaden.<\/p>\n<p>Emile Poort, Head of Transactions BENELUX bei PATRIZIA: \u201eWir haben eine weitreichende und tragf\u00e4hige Vereinbarung mit Heimstaden, einem angesehenen und f\u00fchrenden Wohnimmobilienunternehmen, getroffen.
