Verk\u00e4ufer ist der niederl\u00e4ndische Investor und Projektentwickler Biesterbos Groep. Mit dieser Transaktion erh\u00f6hen sich die von PATRIZIA in den Niederlanden verwalteten Assets under Management (AUM) auf 2,1 Mrd. Euro.<\/p>\n<p>Die hochwertige Projektentwicklung umfasst Mietwohnungen auf einer Fl\u00e4che von rund 7.760 qm auf 14 Stockwerken und soll im Herbst 2020 fertig gestellt sein.<\/p>\n<p>Das Objekt liegt direkt am Wasser im Gebiet Amsterdam Noord, der ehemals gr\u00f6\u00dften Werft Europas, das sich derzeit in ein gefragtes, lebendiges Stadtviertel mit einem einzigartigen, historischen Industriecharakter verwandelt.
