Mai 2020.<\/strong> Die PATRIZIA SE, der globale Partner f\u00fcr pan-europ\u00e4ische Immobilien-Investments, hat im 1. Quartal 2020 ein operatives Ergebnis von 24,7 Mio. Euro erzielt. Dies entspricht einem Anstieg von 2,9% gegen\u00fcber 24,0 Mio. Euro im Vergleichszeitraum des Vorjahres. Die weitere Zunahme der Assets under Management und mehrere Immobilientransaktionen f\u00fcr die globalen Kunden der PATRIZIA haben im 1. Quartal 2020 zu einem soliden Wachstum der Verwaltungs- und Transaktionsgeb\u00fchren gef\u00fchrt. Die leistungsabh\u00e4ngigen Geb\u00fchren blieben stabil und lagen nur leicht unter dem Niveau des Vorjahres. Die Geb\u00fchreneinnahmen insgesamt, d.h. die Verwaltungs-, Transaktions- und leistungsabh\u00e4ngigen Geb\u00fchren, sind im Jahresvergleich um 13,1% von 71,1 Mio. Euro im 1. Quartal 2019 auf 80,4 Mio. Euro im 1.
