Euro Eigenkapital von globalen Investoren eingeworben<\/li>\n<li>Fonds verfolgt eine Cashflow-orientierte, Value-add Strategie in allen Sektoren<\/li>\n<li>Erfolgreiche Serie von sieben TransEuropean Fonds, die seit 1992 aufgelegt wurden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Augsburg \/ London, 6. Juli 2020.<\/strong> PATRIZIA, ein f\u00fchrender Partner f\u00fcr weltweite Investments in real assets, hat ihren Value-Add Fonds TransEuropean VII LP (&#8222;TEP VII&#8220;), voll platziert. Der Fonds hat in Summe 750 Mio. Euro Eigenkapital eingeworben. In der letzten Runde des Fundraisings, die \u00fcberzeichnet war, wurden seit Januar diesen Jahres weitere 116 Mio. Euro an neuen Kapitalzusagen gesichert.<\/p>\n<p>Der Fonds, in den sowohl bestehende als auch neue institutionelle Investoren aus Gro\u00dfbritannien, Europa, den USA, dem Nahen Osten und Asien investieren, ist der gr\u00f6\u00dfte in der PATRIZIA TransEuropean Serie. Er \u00fcbertrifft den Vorg\u00e4ngerfonds TransEuropean Property LP VI (&#8222;TEP VI&#8220;), der 430 Mio. Euro Eigenkapital eingeworben hatte.<\/p>\n<p>TEP VII verfolgt eine Cashflow-orientierte, Value-add Strategie in den Sektoren B\u00fcro, Logistik, Wohnen und Einzelhandel. Er investiert sowohl in Kontinentaleuropa als auch in UK und profitiert dabei von dem europ\u00e4ischen Netzwerk PATRIZIAs. Der Fonds hat bereits einige Investments get\u00e4tigt, vor allem im Logistiksektor in Madrid, Barcelona, Mailand und Avignon. In Summe wird der Fonds in den n\u00e4chsten drei Jahren weitere Investments in H\u00f6he von mehr als 1 Mrd. Euro in 13 europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern investiert. Seit 2008 hat das aktuelle Fondsteam eine IRR von 24,8% pro Jahr erwirtschaftet.<sup>1<\/sup> Der Vorg\u00e4ngerfonds TEP VI befindet sich nun in der Liquidationsphase und wird seine Renditeziele voraussichtlich sogar \u00fcbertreffen.
