Euro auf Vorjahresniveau<\/li>\n<li>Assets under Management (AUM) erh\u00f6hen sich im Vergleich zum Jahresende 2019 um 2,3% auf 45,5 Mrd. Euro<\/li>\n<li>Eingeworbenes Eigenkapital steigt im Vergleich zum Vorjahr um 30,8% auf 0,6 Mrd. Euro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Augsburg, 5. August 2020.<\/strong> Die PATRIZIA SE, ein f\u00fchrender Partner f\u00fcr globale real assets, hat im 1. Halbjahr 2020 ein operatives Ergebnis von 74,1 Mio. Euro erzielt. Im gleichen Zeitraum des Vorjahres hatte das operative Ergebnis 79,0 Mio. Euro betragen. Grund daf\u00fcr waren die hohen leistungsabh\u00e4ngigen Geb\u00fchren, die das Ergebnis des Vorjahres positiv beeinflusst hatten. Die Geb\u00fchreneinnahmen insgesamt, d.h. die Verwaltungs-, Transaktions- und leistungsabh\u00e4ngigen Geb\u00fchren, belaufen sich im 1. Halbjahr 2020 auf 171,0 Mio. Euro und bleiben damit nahezu unver\u00e4ndert im Vergleich zu 174,2 Mio. Euro im Vorjahreszeitraum.<\/p>\n<p>Gleichzeitig vertrauten Kunden PATRIZIA neues Eigenkapital in H\u00f6he von 0,6 Mrd. Euro an, was einem Anstieg von 30,8% gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahr entspricht. Die AUM sind weiter auf 45,5 Mrd. Euro gewachsen &#8211; ein Anstieg von 2,3% gegen\u00fcber dem Jahresende 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Wolfgang Egger, CEO der PATRIZIA SE: &#8222;Die Corona-Pandemie hat insgesamt zu geringeren Investment- und Transaktionsaktivit\u00e4ten auf den real asset M\u00e4rkten gef\u00fchrt. PATRIZIA hat sich in diesem schwierigen Umfeld gut behauptet und sich einmal mehr als stabiler und zuverl\u00e4ssiger Gesch\u00e4ftspartner erwiesen. Im Laufe des zweiten Quartals 2020 konnte PATRIZIA mehrere erstklassige Immobilien-Transaktionen f\u00fcr ihre institutionellen, semi-professionellen und privaten Investoren erfolgreich abschlie\u00dfen. Wir sind zuversichtlich, dass wir gest\u00e4rkt aus dieser Krise hervorgehen.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Die Verwaltungsgeb\u00fchren beliefen sich im 1. Halbjahr 2020 auf 96,1 Mio. Euro und lagen damit leicht unter den 97,1 Mio. Euro aus dem Vorjahr, das jedoch durch aperiodische Effekte in H\u00f6he von 3,9 Mio. Euro positiv beeinflusst worden war. Auf vergleichbarer Basis stiegen die Verwaltungsgeb\u00fchren im Jahresvergleich um 3,1%. Die Transaktionsgeb\u00fchren erh\u00f6hten sich im Jahresvergleich um 67,0% von 12,1 Mio. Euro auf 20,3 Mio. Euro, was auf anhaltende Gesch\u00e4ftsaktivit\u00e4t f\u00fcr die globalen Kunden von PATRIZIA zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren ist. Die leistungsabh\u00e4ngigen Geb\u00fchren in H\u00f6he von 54,6 Mio. Euro im 1. Halbjahr 2020 lieferten weiterhin einen stabilen Beitrag zum Gesamtergebnis, auch wenn sie unter dem au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich hohen Niveau des Vorjahres von 64,9 Mio. Euro liegen.
