September 2020.<\/strong> &#8211; PATRIZIA, ein f\u00fchrender Partner f\u00fcr weltweite Investments in real assets, hat im Rahmen eines Forward-Purchase-Agreements eine B\u00fcro-Projektentwicklung in bester Lage in Barcelonas Stadtteil 22@ erworben. 22@ z\u00e4hlt zu den begehrtesten B\u00fcrostandorten der Stadt. Der Kaufpreis betr\u00e4gt 72 Mio. Euro. Die Baugenehmigung wurde bereits erteilt und die Bauarbeiten f\u00fcr das rund 15.000 qm gro\u00dfe B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4ude Diagrame haben begonnen. Verk\u00e4ufer sind das Immobilien Investment Unternehmen Cain International und dessen Partner FREO Group.<\/p>\n<p>Das Geb\u00e4ude wird voraussichtlich Ende 2021 fertiggestellt und liegt an der Kreuzung der Stra\u00dfen Pere IV und Badajoz. K\u00fcnftige Mieter profitieren von einem breiten Serviceangebot, dem gut ausgebauten \u00f6ffentlichen Nahverkehr sowie verschiedenen Restaurants und Gesch\u00e4ften.
