Oktober 2020<\/strong>. PATRIZIA, ein f\u00fchrender Partner f\u00fcr weltweite Investments in real assets, hat im Rahmen eines Forward-Purchase-Agreements im Gro\u00dfraum Madrid f\u00fcr 50 Mio. Euro vier im Bau befindliche Logistikhallen erworben. Sie entstehen in einem Logistikpark in Valdemoro. Der Bau der 65.800 qm gro\u00dfen Anlage wird voraussichtlich bis 2022 abgeschlossen sein.<\/p>\n<p>Der Logistikpark profitiert von einer ausgezeichneten Lage und der Verkehrsanbindung durch die Autobahn A-IV. Die neuen Logistikhallen werden modular und in einem hochmodernen Design errichtet, das k\u00fcnftigen Mietern gr\u00f6\u00dftm\u00f6gliche Flexibilit\u00e4t bietet.<\/p>\n<p>Eduardo de Roda, Country Manager Iberia bei PATRIZIA: &#8222;Der Wachstumstrend im Bereich E-Commerce wurde in Zeiten der Corona-Pandemie vor allem durch die zunehmende \u201elast-mile-delivery\u201c beschleunigt. Insgesamt macht Logistik rund 40% des von PATRIZIA auf der Iberischen Halbinsel verwalteten Verm\u00f6gens aus. Die Assets under Management \u00fcber alle Assetklassen in Spanien und Portugal belaufen sich mit dieser Akquisition auf \u00fcber 1,35 Mrd.
