PATRIZIA, ein f\u00fchrender Partner f\u00fcr weltweite Investments in real assets, hat in den ersten neun Monaten des Jahres 2020 ein operatives Ergebnis von 100,2 Mio. Euro erzielt, was einer Steigerung von 2,6% gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahr entspricht. Dies zeigt erneut die Stabilit\u00e4t und St\u00e4rke des Gesch\u00e4ftsmodells von PATRIZIA, selbst in Zeiten anhaltender Marktunsicherheiten aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie.<\/p>\n<p>Die Geb\u00fchreneinnahmen insgesamt, d.h. die Summe aus Verwaltungs-, Transaktions- und leistungsabh\u00e4ngigen Geb\u00fchren, belaufen sich auf 248,1 Mio. Euro (+6,2%). Die Steigerung gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahr basiert in erster Linie auf dem anhaltenden Wachstum der Assets under Management (AUM) und den Transaktionsaktivit\u00e4ten f\u00fcr die weltweiten Kunden von PATRIZIA. Gleichzeitig erh\u00f6hten sich die Nettoaufwandsposten um 4,4% im Vergleich zum Vorjahr auf 153,7 Mio. Euro. Ihre Wachstumsrate liegt jedoch deutlich unter der Wachstumsrate der Geb\u00fchreneinnahmen insgesamt von 6,2% im Jahresvergleich.<\/p>\n<p>Das anhaltende Wachstum der AUM, die im Vergleich zum Jahresende 2019 um 4,0% von 44,5 Mrd. Euro auf 46,2 Mrd. Euro gestiegen sind, f\u00fchrt zu einem Anstieg der Verwaltungsgeb\u00fchren auf 145,0 Mio. Euro in den ersten neun Monaten 2020, verglichen mit 141,6 Mio. Euro im Vergleichszeitraum 2019 (+2,4%). Die Transaktionsgeb\u00fchren erh\u00f6hen sich deutlich um 23,7% auf 29,1 Mio. Euro (23,5 Mio. Euro im Vergleichszeitraum 2019). Grund sind die wieder zunehmenden Transaktionsaktivit\u00e4ten nach Beendigung der Corona-bedingten europaweiten Lockdowns im 3. Quartal 2020. Obwohl die Zahl der Immobilientransaktionen insgesamt deutlich unter dem Niveau des letzten Jahres liegt, erm\u00f6glichte das paneurop\u00e4ische Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell von PATRIZIA &#8211; mit lokalen Mitarbeitern vor Ort in allen relevanten M\u00e4rkten \u2013 den Kunden Zugang zu zahlreichen attraktiven Investments zu bieten. Dies f\u00fchrte zu einem stabilen Beitrag der leistungsabh\u00e4ngigen Geb\u00fchren zu den Geb\u00fchreneinnahmen insgesamt in H\u00f6he von 74,1 Mio. Euro in den ersten neun Monaten 2020 (+8,0%).<\/p>\n<p>PATRIZIA hat die Krise bisher erfolgreich gemeistert und kann trotz zunehmender Marktunsicherheiten den Rest des Jahres hinreichend beurteilen. Daher konkretisiert das Unternehmen die Prognose f\u00fcr das laufende Jahr. PATRIZIA erwartet jetzt ein operatives Ergebnis im Bereich von 110,0 \u2013 130,0 Mio. Euro f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2020. Zu Beginn der Corona-Krise war die Prognose auf 100,0 \u2013 140,0 Mio.
