Der Ankauf erfolgte im Rahmen eines Forward Purchase Agreements. Das Geb\u00e4ude im Londoner Westen umfasst 102 Wohneinheiten. Der Kaufpreis betr\u00e4gt 45 Mio. Euro. Damit belaufen sich die Asset under Management von PATRIZIA im Bereich Wohnen auf \u00fcber 12,7 Mrd. Euro.<\/p>\n<p>Die Fertigstellung des Hochhauses ist im Fr\u00fchjahr 2021 geplant. Das 6.800 qm gro\u00dfe Geb\u00e4ude ist Teil der Regency Heights-Entwicklung im Stadtviertel Park Royal. Es bietet auf 16 Stockwerken einen Mix aus hochwertigen Ein-, Zwei- und Drei-Zimmer-Wohnungen. Regency Hights liegt am Rand einer der gr\u00f6\u00dften Stadteilentwicklungen in London. Royal Park profitiert von einer ausgezeichneten Verkehrsanbindung an die Londoner Innenstadt.
