Februar 2021<\/strong>. PATRIZIA, ein f\u00fchrender Partner f\u00fcr weltweite Investments in real assets, hat im Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2020 Transaktionen im Wert von rund 7,5 Mrd. Euro abgeschlossen (\u201eclosed\u201c). Der Gro\u00dfteil davon waren Akquisitionen. Damit hat PATRIZIA seit 2015 Transaktionen im Wert von \u00fcber 40 Mrd. Euro im Auftrag ihrer Kunden abgeschlossen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Transaktionsvolumen von 7,5 Mrd. Euro im vergangenen Jahr zeigt, dass PATRIZIA auch in einem sich schnell ver\u00e4ndernden Marktumfeld in der Lage ist, erfolgreich zu agieren. Damit positioniert sich das Unternehmen weiterhin als einer der Top-Dealmaker unter den unabh\u00e4ngigen Real Asset Investmentmanagern.<\/p>\n<p>Philipp Schaper, Head of European Transactions bei PATRIZIA: \u201eTrotz der schwierigen Marktbedingungen konnte das Transactions Team von PATRIZIA im vergangenen Jahr 145 Transaktionen in Europa anbahnen und unterzeichnen. Dank der erfahrenen lokalen Teams an unseren 24 Standorten weltweit und unserem umfangreichen Netzwerk vor Ort waren wir auch 2020 in der Lage, attraktive Investments f\u00fcr unsere Kunden zu t\u00e4tigen. Sie k\u00f6nnen weiter auf PATRIZIA als starken und zuverl\u00e4ssigen Partner vertrauen.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Von den rund 6 Mrd. Euro Transaktionsvolumen, die 2020 unterzeichnet wurden (\u201esigned\u201c), stammen 60% aus internationalen M\u00e4rkten. Dazu z\u00e4hlen jeweils rund 20% aus Gro\u00dfbritannien und BeNeLux.
