PATRIZIA, ein f\u00fchrender Partner f\u00fcr weltweite Investments in Real Assets, verzeichnet trotz des Corona-bedingt herausfordernden Marktumfeldes ein solides Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2020. Auf Basis der vorl\u00e4ufigen Ergebnisse erzielte PATRIZIA ein operatives Ergebnis von 116,5 Mio. Euro. Das Ergebnis liegt nur 13,4% unter dem Vorjahresniveau und entspricht der Prognose f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2020. Es ist ein Beleg f\u00fcr das starke und solide Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell in einem herausfordernden Wirtschafts- und Marktumfeld.<\/p>\n<p>Auch unter ausgesprochen schlechten wirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen ist es PATRIZIA gelungen, Eigenkapitalzusagen in H\u00f6he von 1,9 Mrd. Euro zu erhalten, von denen mehr als die H\u00e4lfte von internationalen Kunden stammt. Mehr als 30 neue in- und ausl\u00e4ndische institutionelle Investoren hat PATRIZIA im vergangenen Jahr neu gewinnen k\u00f6nnen und damit ihre institutionelle Kundenbasis auf \u00fcber 450 weiter verst\u00e4rkt und diversifiziert. PATRIZIA konnte ihre Position als f\u00fchrender Partner f\u00fcr globale Real Assets 2020 weiter ausbauen und z\u00e4hlt nun zu den Top 3 der unabh\u00e4ngigen Immobilien Investmentmanager in Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Als Ergebnis der soliden Anlagestrategien und der erfolgreichen Gesch\u00e4ftsexpansion sind die AUM weiter auf 47,0 Mrd. Euro gestiegen. Dies entspricht einem Plus von 5,7 % gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahr. Die Fokussierung auf Core\/Core+ und ausgew\u00e4hlte Value-Add-Anlagestrategien sowie krisenresistente Assetklassen wie Wohnen und Logistik haben dazu beigetragen, dem Druck der gestiegenen Marktunsicherheiten standzuhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Die wiederkehrenden Verwaltungsgeb\u00fchren stiegen im Jahresvergleich um 1,3% auf 193,4 Mio. Euro, was die Stabilit\u00e4t und Robustheit des Gesch\u00e4ftsmodells best\u00e4tigen. Bereinigt um aperiodische Effekte im Vorjahr stiegen die Verwaltungsgeb\u00fchren um 3,4% gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahr. Durch die Corona-bedingten Lockdown-Phasen verringerte sich das Transaktionsvolumen auf dem europ\u00e4ischen Immobilienmarkt im Vergleich zum Vorjahr um 27 %. Dennoch konnte PATRIZIA f\u00fcr ihre weltweiten Kunden Transaktionen im Wert von 5,4 Mrd. Euro unterzeichnen (\u201esigned\u201c) und im Wert von 6,9 Mrd. Euro abschlie\u00dfen (\u201eclosed\u201c). Dies f\u00fchrte zu Transaktionsgeb\u00fchren von 48,1 Mio. Euro im Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2020. Die leistungsabh\u00e4ngigen Geb\u00fchren in H\u00f6he von 86,1 Mio. Euro lieferten auch im letzten Jahr einen stabilen Beitrag zum operativen Ergebnis. Die Geb\u00fchreneinnahmen insgesamt \u2013 d. h. die Verwaltungs-, Transaktions- und leistungsabh\u00e4ngigen Geb\u00fchren &#8211; lagen mit 327,6 Mio. Euro nur 5,9% unter dem Vorjahresniveau. Gleichzeitig f\u00fchrte eine strikte Kostenkontrolle zu einem R\u00fcckgang der Nettoaufwandsposten um 3,3% auf 219,7 Mio. Euro im Vergleich zum Vorjahr.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2021 erwartet PATRIZIA ein operatives Ergebnis im Bereich von 100,0 bis 145,0 Mio. Euro.
