PATRIZIA, ein f\u00fchrender Partner f\u00fcr weltweite Investments in Real Assets, meldet trotz des Corona-bedingt herausfordernden Marktumfeldes ein solides Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2020.&nbsp; PATRIZIA erzielte ein operatives Ergebnis von 116,5 Mio. Euro, ein Beweis f\u00fcr das starke und verl\u00e4ssliche Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell auch in einem schwierigen Wirtschafts- und Marktumfeld. Die soliden Anlagestrategien und die erfolgreiche Gesch\u00e4ftsexpansion spiegeln sich in den gestiegenen AUM wider, die zum Vorjahr um 5,7% auf 47,0 Mrd. Euro angestiegen sind.<\/p>\n<p>Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat werden den Aktion\u00e4ren auf der Hauptversammlung am 23. Juni 2021 eine Dividende von 0,30 Euro pro Aktie vorschlagen. Euro. Dies entspricht einem Anstieg von bis zu 24,5%, gemessen am oberen Ende der Prognose. Die AUM sollen zwischen 6,4% und 12,8% auf 50,0 bis 53,0 Mrd. Euro wachsen.
