Yen (2,3 Mrd. Euro) erh\u00f6hen. Nakamoto berichtet direkt an PATRIZIAs Co-CEO Thomas Wels.<\/p>\n<p>Katsumi Nakamoto hat in der japanischen Immobilienbranche einen ausgezeichneten Ruf und ist eine sehr erfahrene F\u00fchrungskraft. Er ist seit mehr als 30 Jahren im Immobilieninvestment und Asset Management in Japan, den USA und Asien t\u00e4tig. Zuletzt war er President und CEO von Diamond Realty Management Inc. (&#8222;DREAM&#8220;), einer hundertprozentigen Tochtergesellschaft der Mitsubishi Corporation, mit Assets under Management von mehr als 7 Mrd. USD in Japan in allen wichtigen Assetklassen. Davor hatte Katsumi Nakamoto verschiedene Managementpositionen bei der Mitsubishi Corporation inne, unter anderem als Head of ASEAN\/China Real Estate Development Department und als President\/CEO von Diamond Realty Investments Inc. in den USA, einer hundertprozentigen Tochtergesellschaft der Mitsubishi Corporation Americas. Anfang der 2000er Jahre war er Head of Acquisition bei Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc..
