November 2021. <\/strong>PATRIZIA, ein f\u00fchrender Partner f\u00fcr weltweite Investments in Real Assets, hat ein neues, rein auf Real Estate Debt fokussiertes Mandat \u00fcbernommen und st\u00e4rkt damit ihre Position als f\u00fchrender unabh\u00e4ngiger Global Real Assets Investment Manager.<\/p>\n<p>Das PATRIZIA Global Real Estate Debt Mandat ist bereits aktiv und zielt darauf ab, die ersten 50 Mio. US-Dollar an Kapital in bis zu vier Investments in Europa und APAC zu investieren. Angestrebt wird eine j\u00e4hrliche Nettorendite von \u00fcber 8% in US-Dollar. Bei dem Kunden handelt es sich um einen f\u00fchrenden Versicherer aus Hongkong, der einen Anfangsbetrag von 50 Mio. US-Dollar zugesagt hat und die Absicht hat, das Mandat weiter auszubauen.<\/p>\n<p>Durch ihre Tochtergesellschaft PATRIZIA Global Partners (PGP) kann PATRIZIA eine beachtliche Erfolgsbilanz von mehr als einem Jahrzehnt f\u00fcr Real Estate Debt Investments \u00fcber lokale Partner aufweisen und blickt auf ein indirektes Volumen von mehr als 2 Mrd. US-Dollar in Real Estate Debt Investments in Asien, den USA und Europa sowie \u00fcber 130 Finanzierungen.<\/p>\n<p>Marko Multas, Head of Asia bei PGP und Fondsmanager des neuen Produkts: \u201eIn einer Welt niedriger Zinsen suchen auf Langfristigkeit ausgelegte Investoren wie Versicherer und Pensionsfonds zunehmend nach alternativen Strategien auf den privaten M\u00e4rkten, um h\u00f6here Renditen zu erzielen.
