November 2021.<\/strong> Die PATRIZIA SE, ein f\u00fchrender Partner f\u00fcr weltweite Investments in Real Assets, meldet den ersten Verkauf von Immobilien eines Publikumsfonds. Die f\u00fcr das Publikumsgesch\u00e4ft zust\u00e4ndige Tochtergesellschaft PATRIZIA GrundInvest hatte den Fonds \u201eDen Haag Wohnen\u201c 2016 aufgelegt. Nun erhielt sie von den Anlegern des Fonds im Rahmen einer au\u00dferordentlichen Gesellschafterversammlung das Mandat zum Verkauf von 84 Wohnungen in Den Haag\/Voorburg zum Mindestverkaufspreis von 32 Mio. Euro. Verkauft wurden die im Jahr 2016 von dem Fonds erworbenen Wohnungen zu einem Preis von 35 Mio. Euro. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Joachim Fritz, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der PATRIZIA GrundInvest: \u201eViele Marktteilnehmer waren 2016 beim Kauf der Wohnungen der Auffassung, dass man in den Niederlanden zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht investieren sollte. Uns war jedoch bei der Betrachtung der immobilienwirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen und unserer Researchergebnisse schnell klar, dass es sich auch auf der Grundlage unserer lokalen Expertise um eine gro\u00dfe Chance f\u00fcr unsere privaten und (semi-)professionellen Investoren handelt. &nbsp;Wir haben im Rahmen unseres aktiven Investmentmanagements antizyklisch agiert und wir haben unsere Anleger nicht entt\u00e4uscht.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDie Gesamtr\u00fcckfl\u00fcsse f\u00fcr die Investoren werden nach finaler Aufl\u00f6sung des Fonds voraussichtlich bis zu 198% vor Steuern betragen. Und dies innerhalb von nur rund f\u00fcnf Jahren seit dem Start der Fondslaufzeit. Daraus errechnet sich, je nach Beitrittszeitpunkt, eine Aussch\u00fcttungsrendite von teilweise bis zu 18,6% p. a.\u201c, erg\u00e4nzt Andreas Heibrock, ebenfalls Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der PATRIZIA GrundInvest.<\/p>\n<p>Im n\u00e4chsten Schritt werden die notwendigen Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Aufl\u00f6sung des Fonds und der Auszahlung der Gelder an die Investoren des Fonds vorbereitet. Die Anleger sollen den gr\u00f6\u00dften Teil des Ver\u00e4u\u00dferungserl\u00f6ses voraussichtlich noch Ende diesen Jahres erhalten.<\/p>\n<p>PATRIZIA GrundInvest hat weiter 15 Publikumsfonds in der Bewirtschaftung. Als Wiederanlagem\u00f6glichkeit in europ\u00e4ische Wohnimmobilien stehen Anlegern zwei in der Platzierung befindliche Produkte zur Verf\u00fcgung.
