PATRIZIA hat diese Off-Market-Akquisition im Auftrag ihrer institutionellen Kunden get\u00e4tigt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Wohnanlage \u201eUrban.Isle Campus\u201c soll bis Herbst 2024 fertiggestellt werden und ist f\u00fcr Studenten und junge Berufst\u00e4tige ausgelegt. Es entstehen ca. 10.100 qm Wohnfl\u00e4che aufgeteilt auf 469 voll m\u00f6blierte, hochwertige Mikroapartments mit einer durchschnittlichen Gr\u00f6\u00dfe von 23 qm. Zu den Besonderheiten geh\u00f6ren eine Dachterrasse mit Au\u00dfenk\u00fcche, Arbeitszimmer sowie Gemeinschaftsr\u00e4ume mit K\u00fcche, Tischkicker und Billardtisch.
