Februar 2022. <\/strong>PATRIZIA SE, ein f\u00fchrender Partner f\u00fcr weltweite Investments in Real Assets, hat am 13. September 2021 die \u00dcbernahme von Whitehelm Capital bekannt gegeben, einem unabh\u00e4ngigen Infrastrukturmanager mit internationaler Reichweite und einer nachgewiesenen Erfolgsbilanz von mehr als 23 Jahren.<\/p>\n<p>Nach der Genehmigung durch die Regulierungsbeh\u00f6rden wurde die Transaktion am 1. Februar 2022 erfolgreich abgeschlossen (\u201egeclosed\u201c).<\/p>\n<p>Whitehelm Capital wurde daher zum 1. Februar 2022 Teil der PATRIZIA, was einen positiven Einfluss auf das PATRIZIA Ertragsprofil f\u00fcr die verbleibenden elf Monate des Jahres 2022 haben wird.<\/p>\n<p>Die Akquisition st\u00e4rkt PATRIZIA\u2019s globale Stellung als f\u00fchrender Investment Manager f\u00fcr Real Assets und erh\u00f6ht die Assets under Management (AUM) auf \u00fcber 50 Mrd. Euro, was im Einklang mit der mittelfristigen Wachstumsstrategie steht. Durch die Akquisition verdreifachen sich PATRIZIAs Infrastruktur-AUM auf ca. 5 Mrd. Euro. Das Ziel f\u00fcr diesen Gesch\u00e4ftsbereich sieht ein mittelfristiges Wachstum auf 15 bis 20 Mrd. Euro vor.<\/p>\n<p>Das Produktangebot und die Investmentexpertise von Whitehelm Capital werden PATRIZIAs Portfolio an Investmentl\u00f6sungen in Form von Eigenkapital-, Fremdkapital- und b\u00f6rsennotierten Infrastrukturinvestitionen deutlich erweitern. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf den Themenbereichen Smart Cities &amp; digitale Infrastruktur, Dekarbonisierung &amp; Energiewende, Wasser- &amp; Umweltdienstleistungen sowie soziale Infrastruktur.<\/p>\n<p>Whitehelm hat mehr als 60 Investmentexperten in Australien und Europa. Seit seiner Gr\u00fcndung hat das Unternehmen mehr als 100 Infrastrukturinvestments realisiert und f\u00fcr seine Kunden eine Internal Rate of Return (IRR) von 11,9% f\u00fcr weltweite Core-Infrastrukturinvestments erzielt. Die Kunden von Whitehelm sind vor allem Pensionsfonds im asiatisch-pazifischen Raum und Europa.
