Juni 2022. <\/strong>PATRIZIA ein f\u00fchrender Partner f\u00fcr weltweite Investments in Real Assets, hat im Auftrag der PATRIZIA GrundInvest Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH eine Projektentwicklung in M\u00fcnster von der Ten Brinke Gruppe f\u00fcr ca. 51 Mio. Euro erworben. Die Einbringung des Objekts ist f\u00fcr einen geschlossenen Publikumsfonds vorgesehen.<\/p>\n<p>Es entstehen zwei Geb\u00e4uden mit 345 hochwertigen, voll m\u00f6blierten Mikroapartments mit einer Gesamtfl\u00e4che von circa 8.028 Quadratmetern. Die einzelnen Einheiten mit einer Gr\u00f6\u00dfe von rund 19 bis 40 Quadratmeter basieren auf vier verschiedenen Zimmertypen, deren Gestaltungskonzept sich an prominenten Orten in M\u00fcnster orientiert und sich vor allem an Studenten und Berufseinsteiger richtet. Hinzu kommen drei Gewerbeeinheiten mit insgesamt rund 1.215 Quadratmetern sowie 107 Tiefgaragen- und 345 Fahrradstellpl\u00e4tze. Der bisherige Eigent\u00fcmer Ten Brinke wird weiterhin f\u00fcr den Bau des Objekts verantwortlich sein, dessen Fertigstellung f\u00fcr Herbst 2023 geplant ist.<\/p>\n<p>ESG-Kriterien waren w\u00e4hrend der gesamten Entwicklung ein wichtiger Aspekt. Das Objekt wird nach dem KfW-55-Energieeffizienzstandard gebaut bekommt zudem eine DGNB-Silber-Zertifizierung, die den hohen Anforderungen von PATRIZIA entspricht. Es wird eine umfangreiche Dachbegr\u00fcnung zur F\u00f6rderung der Artenvielfalt und 25 Ladestationen f\u00fcr Elektrofahrzeuge geben.<\/p>\n<p>Die Projektentwicklung befindet sich im Johann-Krane-Weg auf dem ehemaligen Gel\u00e4nde der Eissporthalle und damit in guter Lage in einer der beliebtesten Studentenst\u00e4dte Deutschlands.
