M\u00f8ller entworfene Projekt nahe dem Ostbahnhof wird mit h\u00f6chsten ESG-Standards (LEED-Platin) errichtet <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span><span>Die Immobilie verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber mehr als 18.000 m\u00b2 vermietbarer Fl\u00e4che und wird bis Ende 2023 fertig gestellt.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Augsburg\/M\u00fcnchen, 20. Die PATRIZIA SE, ein f\u00fchrender Partner f\u00fcr Investments in globale Real Assets, hat im Namen ihrer institutionellen Kunden die B\u00fcroentwicklung auf dem Baufeld MK 7 im M\u00fcnchner Werksviertel verkauft. Die Pensionskasse der Wacker Chemie VVaG hat den repr\u00e4sentativen Neubau erworben, um den Hauptsitz der Wacker Chemie AG in das Werksviertel zu verlegen. \u00dcber den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.<\/p>\n<p>Das Geb\u00e4ude bietet auf sechs Etagen mehr als 18.000 m\u00b2 vermietbare und flexibel nutzbare B\u00fcror\u00e4ume sowie mehr als 200 Tiefgaragenpl\u00e4tze. Entworfen hat das Geb\u00e4ude C.F. M\u00f8ller, eines der renommiertesten Architekturb\u00fcros D\u00e4nemarks. Bis Ende 2023 soll das Projekt fertiggestellt sein.<\/p>\n<p>2019 erwarb PATRIZIA das Entwicklungsgrundst\u00fcck im M\u00fcnchner Werksviertel, einem ehemaligen Gewerbegebiet mit einer spannenden Historie, das sich in den letzten Jahren in ein einzigartiges Szene- und Zukunftsquartier entwickelt hat. Das ehemalige innerst\u00e4dtische Industrieareal ist bis heute von den fr\u00fcheren Fabriken in der N\u00e4he des Ostbahnhofs gepr\u00e4gt, und wurde vor der jetzigen Entwicklung als eines der gr\u00f6\u00dften Partyareale Europas unter dem Namen Kunstpark Ost bekannt.<\/p>\n<p>Auf Grund der Historie des Areals und der flexiblen Nutzungsm\u00f6glichkeiten der B\u00fcrofl\u00e4chen hei\u00dft das Geb\u00e4ude \u201eCO:WK\u201c. Das \u201eCO\u201c ist von der Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Geb\u00e4udes inspiriert und soll vor allem betonen, dass dies ein Ort ist, an dem Menschen zusammenkommen, entdecken und Erfahrungen austauschen. Durch \u201eWK\u201c, repr\u00e4sentativ f\u00fcr \u201eWerk\u201c und dem englischen \u201ework\u201c, soll der Name an die ehemalige industrielle Nutzung ankn\u00fcpfen, und auch auf die heutige Zusammenarbeit in den modernen Arbeitsfl\u00e4chen anspielen.<\/p>\n<p>Das \u201eCO:WK\u201c wurde entwickelt, um gemeinsame Erfahrungen und soziale Interaktion zu f\u00f6rdern und passt sich auch baulich auf lebendige und ansprechende Weise in die Umgebung ein. Das Geb\u00e4ude besitzt eine gro\u00dfe, einheitliche Rasterstruktur mit einer geschwungenen Geb\u00e4udeseite, welche der Form der fr\u00fcheren dort liegenden Bahngleise folgt.
