M\u00e4rz 2023.<\/strong> PATRIZIA, ein f\u00fchrender Partner f\u00fcr globale Real Assets, hat die Bezirksregierung M\u00fcnster als neuen, langfristigen Mieter in Westfalen gewonnen. Nach vorausschauender Planung und partnerschaftlichen Gespr\u00e4chen hat PATRIZIA eine Fl\u00e4che von mehr als 6.500 Quadratmetern f\u00fcr 15 Jahre an die Beh\u00f6rde vergeben. Der bislang noch bestehende Mietvertrag im Komplex an der Joseph-K\u00f6nig-Stra\u00dfe mit dem fr\u00fcheren Eigent\u00fcmer, der das Objekt bis zuletzt noch als Mieter genutzt hat, wurde einvernehmlich vorzeitig aufgehoben. F\u00fcr die Anleger des von der PATRIZIA verwaltenden Fonds werden durch die neue Mietpartnerschaft langfristige, sichere Einnahmen sowie eine damit einhergehende Wertsteigerung des Objekts sichergestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Geb\u00e4ude befindet sich am Verwaltungsstandort \u201eZentrum-Nord\u201c, in direkter Nachbarschaft des Einkaufs- und B\u00fcrozentrums KOM-Center sowie des Finanzamts M\u00fcnster-Innenstadt nahe dem Stadtpark Wienburg. Es wurde von Kresing Architekten, M\u00fcnster, entworfen und 2000 fertiggestellt.
